Can anyone make me a Joker Mii?

He is my all-time favorite villlain and I really want a mii of him. I am not amazing at making mii's but I have done everything but I am missing 2 things. Green hair and white skin for his make-up. Can anyone work around this? This is why I want a more in-depth Mii channel. If you can make one then send it to the wii code in my sig. Thanks!!!!
