Metroid Prime 3 (energy cells)

I am on the level where I upgrade my ship. And I found an energy cell, and a door (orange) is in the room. Can someone tell me how do I activate the Energy Cell, because I cant open it...OR DO I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ELSE FIRST IN ORDER TO OPEN IT? ThanksMetroid Prime 3 (energy cells)
You have to climb the walls and ledges and stuff and eventually open the window on top. you have to then press a button to bring down the equipment in the middle. then use the command visor to call your ship into there. then there is the button that you pressed earlier, press it again and it will uprade. ok thanks , I'll try it (I think i got it in that room behnd the window where you have to go through the air vents which shoots you up there)
