im tired of people complaining about how bad nintendos games are and saying they need more 3rd party games. i think that nintendo is the only one that puts effort into their games. yes 3rd party developers should put more effort into their games but i still say.........GREAT JOB NINTENDO!!!!!!!.....any1 else agree?tired of it
I agree, but these forums are just for that, to talk about the good and bad things about, well, anything related to the subject of the forums. Some people are frustrated, others are jerks, some bring up really good issues, and then you have your every now and then nerd that comes in to make trouble, followed by that thread getting locked.tired of it
Agreed, and if you don't like Nintendo games then don't buy a Wii. There are plenty of people waiting in line to purchase one.
I love nintendo games. I just wish third party games didn't suck. I don't blame nintendo, I blame the third party developers.

The Nintendo Wii was a great idea, at the time, but I'm not saying it isn't now but just here me out. The thing with Wii is there is going to come to a point of the amount of games you can make for the Wii. Some games might not just work with the controlers sensitivity. The other day i was playing Wii sports in gamestop and i noticed that my bat was really shaky. I looked at my hand and it was shaky as well. I think it is possible to be too sensitive in a manner of movement i mean. Like if you barely lean to the left playing a game you could possibly screw up the whole situation your in, or ruin a challenge you were trying to complete. The Wii has its ups and downs, but there are gonna be the people that don't absolutely love it. Its ok to be upset about it but we all have a right to freedom of expression here so just because someone says something you don't like you need to get angry about it... I'm not taking anyones side, im just sayin...

I really think the system has a lot of potential and am looking forward to what comes in the future from Nintendo or 3rd parties, but I have friends who just can't wrap their heads around the motion controls and get furstrated when their movements don't translate into the right actions on the screen. They would just rather use a regular controller. In that way, the very thing that makes the Wii inovative also makes it frustrating to some. That's why I don't get upset when people say they don't like the Wii.
Yea, there's no reason to assume that any game on the wii that is truly worthwhile will be made by anybody but Nintendo. But does that really matter? As long as I'm getting good games, I could care less. I think it's more of a problem for those people that only have a wii. If you can afford another system for their top-notch titles, you won't care that the wii is slacking in other areas. As far as the motion control argument...please stop. Motion controls won't get old as long as the game is good. It doesn't need to be brand new everytime, it just has to be good when it's done. Newer games are doing a better job of only implementing motion control when it's appropriate. I much rather see little to no motion control than a jacked up scheme. Don't ruin the game for the sake of novelty. Just get it right. We've already seen 1 out of the projected 6 years of the wii era and we've only seen 2 or 3 worthwhile games that weren't from nintendo. Now that everybody is putting their money and attention on the wii, the games are about to get a lot better. After year two, if there's nothing worthwhile coming out, then we've got a problem. But with a motion control light saber, do you think people will care that you move the wii-mote the same direction as a tennis swing? Please.

Who's saying nintendo's games are bad?Are they over 16?Are they intelligent? To todays standards? But yes, the Wii could do with some better third party support
The two games I play the most are 3rd party, Madden 08 and MLB Power Pros. Just depends on what you like.
