as non gamer when dedicated efforts are games that arebudgeted, rushed for the holidays, done by crappy dev teams, ports, and examples where there is an endless list of ''catches.''All we have seen from ''true'' hardcore games is good sales. I mean I love Wii Sports and other games that bridge the gap between hardcore, casuals, and non gamers but we also need games on the level of CoD4. If there was a sci-fi shooter or something of that nature performed by third party devs with serious teams why is it so hard to believe that it will have explosive success.Publishers do not have the right to label what type of games cannot sell on Wii when their efforts to test it are non existant.How can Third Party devs pass Wii off as ...
Some Pubs and Devs think the Wii is a waste of time and money. They don't believe it really lives up to this current generation, and they only use it to make casual games so they can make money to make good 360 games.How can Third Party devs pass Wii off as ...
If a game like Metroid Prime 3, Nintendo's biggest Sci-fi FPS and an amazing game, cannot sell a million copies worldwide, then why would a 3rd party dev think that they have a chance? When games like ''Mario Party 8'', ''Mario and Sonic at the Olympic games'', and (for Christ sake) ''High-school Musical: Sing It'' are catching up with MP3 on the sales charts, it shows what kind of people typically play the Wii.Devs know that if they make a game for the 360, or even the PS3, their chances are much greater that they will sell. Putting a lot of money into a game for the Wii is a risk, and they know it. They know this business, and just because you want all the ''popular'' games on the Wii, it doesn't mean that they are going to do it. This is how it has always been since the Nintendo 64, and Nintendo has suffered from it time and time again. N64 had limited appeal to the ''hardcore'' community, and the same thing happened to the Gamecube. Face it, the Wii is not geared toward the FPS crowd.Maybe you should look into buying a 360 if it bothers you that much, because it'll be a while before you find what you're looking for. Otherwise, be patient.

It's their money they don't have to spend it if they don't want to, they're businesses not charities.
